Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important: We are not responsible for any grinder damage caused by rocks, green coffee beans, or any foreign objects found inside the coffee bag. Please inspect coffee before grinding.
To report a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Include your order number and description of the issue
Our Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any products, including:
- Opened or unopened coffee bags
- Custom or special orders
- Personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available on correctly dispatched orders. We carefully prepare and package each order to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition. All sales are final once the order has been properly shipped.
However, if we made an error with your order (wrong item shipped, defective product, or shipping damage), we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
