At Adelitas Coffee Co, we're committed to getting your fresh coffee to you as quickly as possible. We've streamlined our shipping process to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Understanding Delivery Times
Important: Your total delivery time includes both handling and shipping transit time.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Processing & Handling
All orders require 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) for processing and handling before shipment. This time allows us to carefully prepare and package your coffee to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
United States Shipping Rates
We offer two convenient shipping options for all U.S. orders:

Transit times are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Damage or Loss
Adelitas Coffee Co is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged items, as these will be required for the claim process.
