Bright, sweet, and playfully nostalgic, this washed Ethiopian coffee from Biru Bekele opens with aromatic lemongrass, develops a soft honey-like sweetness, and finishes with the colorful, citrusy-fruit character of Fruity Pebbles.

Produced in Chito, Gedeo, this coffee is grown at elevations of 1,800–2,150 meters, where Ethiopia’s heirloom coffee varieties develop slowly in the cool highland climate.

After harvest, the coffee is washed and carefully dried for approximately 12 days, resulting in a clean, expressive cup that highlights the clarity and vibrant character we love in high-elevation Ethiopian coffees.
