Finca San José has long grown café for the everyday cup, but Jorge dreamed of something more. Years of trials, early mornings, questions asked, lessons learned. A Q-Processing course taken to understand
how sweetness is shaped, how complexity is coaxed forward.

Jorge roasts with purpose to honor his grandfather, to open doors for his neighbors, to lift a region that has long stayed in the shadows.
