Pante Grande
Hoja Blanca
Some land is bought.
Some land is passed down.
Don Gerson has worked with coffee for thirty years, the third generation of his family to tend it. When his mother passed, she left him two parcels in Hoja Blanca, land she had received from her own father.
There, a parcel is called a pante, a part.
The larger became Pante Grande.
The smaller, Pante Pequeña.
He kept the names. He kept the work.
In honor of his parents, Don Gerson blessed Pante Grande with his finest coffee.
What reaches your cup is more than a harvest.
It is three generations of hands,
a mother’s gift,
and a son’s way of saying thank you.
Born from Esperanza. Roasted as Adelitas.
