Grown in Cau Dat, in the province of Da Lat, this is Arabica: a variety often grown at higher elevations and known for its softer sweetness, brighter acidity, and layered complexity.
At 1,400–1,600 masl, in cool mountain weather and volcanic soil, this lot carries a different side of Vietnam. One rooted in care, altitude, and smallholder farms. Born from a country known for Robusta. Harvested as something rare. A Vietnamese Arabica with purpose.
