Vietnam is the world’s largest producer of Robusta, a coffee known for its bold body, higher caffeine, and deeper, more bitter profile.

But this coffee tells another story.

Grown in Cau Dat, in the province of Da Lat, this is Arabica: a variety often grown at higher elevations and known for its softer sweetness, brighter acidity, and layered complexity.

At 1,400–1,600 masl, in cool mountain weather and volcanic soil, this lot carries a different side of Vietnam. One rooted in care, altitude, and smallholder farms. Born from a country known for Robusta. Harvested as something rare. A Vietnamese Arabica with purpose.
